Clinical Studies of the Infected Scalp Wound

Abstract
|
|
|
Numerous studies had been made about infected scalp wound regarding suture
methods, suture materials, and selection of antibiotics for prevention of scalp infection.
Very few reports had been summarized infected scalp wound in reviewing of recent Korean and English literatures.
In the last 4 months, we had many infected scalp patients in this hospital. Here, we have made conclusion that simple wire suture and antibiotics according to sensitivity test give best result for infected scalp wound.
